1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AutoEpoque, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Use of the Service
AutoEpoque is a marketplace platform for buying and selling classic vehicles. Users can:
- Publish listings for classic vehicles
- Search and view vehicles for sale
- Participate in online auctions
- Contact sellers and buyers
3. User Account
To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials confidential
- All activities that occur on your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Notifying us immediately in case of unauthorized access
4. Listings and Content
When you publish a listing, you guarantee that:
- You are the legitimate owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
- The uploaded photos and documents are authentic
- You do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our policies.
5. Transactions and Payments
AutoEpoque facilitates contact between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. Users are responsible for:
- Negotiating the terms of the sale
- Making payments securely
- Verifying the vehicle's condition and documentation
- Complying with all applicable regulations
6. Auctions
Auctions on AutoEpoque are binding. By participating in an auction:
- You commit to purchase if you win
- You accept the specific auction conditions
- You acknowledge that bids are irrevocable
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoEpoque is not responsible for:
- Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service
- Content provided by users
- Transactions between buyers and sellers
- Service interruptions or errors
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
9. International Handling
Cross-border transactions may require additional documentation (e.g. certificate of origin, notarized appraisal, export clearance). AutoEpoque provides legal and logistics concierge services upon request.
10. Contract Updates
Any material change will be notified via email and made available in the public changelog. By continuing to use the platform after notification, you automatically accept the new terms.
